Under Section 12 of the Rule & Regulation of the Chemical & Alkali Merchants’ Association, Notice (as per Rule 15) is hereby given that the 51^st Annual General Meeting of The Chemical Alkali Merchants’ Association will be held on Friday, 26^th October, 2007 at 3.30 p.m. at 501-504, Himalaya House, 5^th Floor, 79 Palton Road, Mumbai – 400001. to transact the following business.

1.      To read and confirm the 50^th Annual General Meeting held on Thursday, 5^th October 2006.

2. To receive, consider and adopt the Audited Income & Expenditure Account and Balance Sheet for the year ended 31^st March 2007 (copy enclosed)
3. To appoint the Auditor / Firm of Auditors for the year 2007 – 2008 and fix his/their remuneration.
